On my Kia Picanto, how do I transport a 7" surfboard?

A Kia Picanto with nothing on the roof, just a Kia Picanto. I have no problem spending $200. (150usd). And although I reside in Brisbane, I frequently travel to Surfers Paradise when I'm not at work.

Any recommendations?
